Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to research the presence of demotivators and their influence on the organizational behavior in “PIO Fond”. This paper presents the theoretical basis in the field of company motivation.. On the basis of the results of the research in this company, proposals for measures to improve the process of organizing the company were given.
