PROVIDING APPLICATIVE SUPPORT FOR MANAGING PRODUCTION AND COMMERCIAL PROCESSES IN INDUSTRY
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present a solution for digitizing the work process in a small family business by electronically managing and controlling documentation related to production, procurement, performance and sales. Given the complexity of the whole system of work, the areas of production and sales were taken as the subject of the work.
