PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLERS AND THEIR MEASUREMENT CHARACTERISTICS

The introduction presents the history of the PLC (Chapter 1). The main part of the paper explains the principle of operation of the PLC (Chapter 2), the application of the PLC (Chapter 3), the measurement characteristics of the PLC (Chapter 4), programming of the PLC (Chapter 5), and the advantages and limitations (Chapter 6). Finally, concluding considerations of the paper and a list of used literature (Chapter 7 and 8) are given.
