Abstract

The topic of this paper is parameters estimation of epidemiological SIR model described by ordinary and fractional differential equations. The purpose of this thesis is mathematical modeling and COVID-19 parameters estimation which were caused by the SARS-COV2 virus. Methods that are used for parameters estimation are linear regression and PSO algorithm.
