Abstract

This paper presents the specification and the implementation of a system for analyzing measurement of electricity consumption and generating bills for smart meters. The role of administrator is monitoring all func­tionalities and changes in system. The role of subscribers is the possibility of a detailed insight into the consumption of electricity.
