Abstract

Project management is a complex task that requires great knowledge, analytical and self-awareness of the manager in charge of bringing the investment project to completion, within the planned budget and deadlines.

Through this paper, the following aspects are treated:

  • Contract management and contract strategies
  • Time management
  • Risk management
  • Management of project documentation
  • Management of the tender procedure
  • Project communication management
  • Change management
  • Cost management

These aspects are presented through specific practical examples, with an emphasis on managing changes on the example on the Novi Dorćol project.
