Abstract

In this paper the main goal is to plan and analyze all necessary activities and resources used for the preparation of tehnical documentation at the level of the general project, as well as estimating the costs and time required for project implementation. Risk analysis is examined; individual impact of risks and scenarios. MS Project is used for data processing.
