THE IMPACT OF COMMUNICATION ON CONFLICT RESOLUTION IN THE ORGANISATION

The aim of this paper is to examine the impact of trust-based communication on constructive conflict resolution. The analysis is based on determining the nature of the conflict resolution approach and how trust-based communication contributes to constructive conflict resolution. What impact does mutual trust have on resolving conflicts in an organization? Does the resolution depend on the degree of development of communication based on trust in the organization? The research was conducted in February 2020, and 71 respondents participated in it. Obtained information was processed in the statistical program IBM SPSS. The results indicate that there is some statistically significant difference in the relationship between mutual trust and conflict resolution between employees, while there is no statistically significant difference between the degree of development of communication to resolve conflicts in the organization.
