This paper presents an analytical approach to the transport organization system and the improvement of the transport process by implementing software. The goal of these improvements is to reduce the cost of time and money, as well as to raise the effective and efficient organization of transport. By analyzing all information channels in this service process, a system is formed through the implementation of an information technology solution that affects the profitability of this company.
