The paper deals with the revitalization of the industrial complex of furs factory in Indjija through art and culture with the aim of pointing out the importance of industrial heritage in smaller local communities. Through of the preservation of the objects of the industrial past and the formation of a new structure, a synergetic balance between the old and the new has bees achieved - industral buildings as a symbol of the industrial past, and a new structure as a symbol of the new function of the complex. The solution is well in corporated in the selected location, where together with the buildings that surround it, it forms a strong architectural whole. In that way, this complex is activated and has the potential to become an important place of culture, art and socialization in Indjija.
