Abstract

Online communications management in event marketing, through creation of communication strategy based on the basic phases of event realization. The aim of the research is to present an analysis of the commu­nication process in the key phases of message placement to the targeted group, how digital marketing tools affect communication process with the targeted group and how digital marketing tools affect the process of organizing events and managing communication within the event.
