INTERCULTURAL CHALLENGES IN GLOBAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Abstract
This work reflects on the intercultural challenges that project managers face in managing global project teams. It shows what those challenges are, how important it is to know other cultures and how to overcome the problems that often occur. The aim of the empirical research is to see how selected members of Serbian and American global teams experience and overcome intercultural communication problems and how they affect the performance of the global team.
