Abstract

In this paper, the main goal of the research was to determine the current maturity level of  the project-oriented companies, and to determine the homogeneity of the  maturity level perception, according to the  employees and managers in project-oriented companies. Specific goal of the research was related to the metric characteristics evaluation of the questionnaire which asses the maturity level of project-oriented companies NZPOP2020.
