PROCESS PLANNING OPTIMIZATION OF PRODUCT MANUFACTURING BASED ON MACHINING OPERATION PRECEDENCE

Abstract
The main subject of this paper is process planning optimization of product manufacturing based on machining operation precedence. In this paper machining features are defined, cutting tools are chosen and machining process is simulated using CAD/CAM software. Eight variants of processes are determined according to the machining operation precedence. Machining simulation shows optimal variant based to the productivity.
