This paper describes a model of a battery with temperature and aging effects that is simulated in real time with hardware-in-the-loop simulation. The mathematical model of the battery given in the paper is the basis of the battery model that includes both effects. Based on the given mathematical model, the battery was implemented in the Typhoon HIL Control Center with the signal processing tool in Schematic Editor. The simulations results of the obtained model with added effects are presented graphically. The device used for the testing and simulation was the Typhoon HIL 402.
