Abstract

This paper describes the analysis and application of the refuler excavator in the siltation of the Danube-Tisa-Danube canal, three basic grinding technologies are presented: classical grinding, grinding by resuspension of material from the bottom and special grinding techniques. The goal of the sludge work is to remove contaminated sludge from the Canal using a cost-effective and fast method. To achieve this, such a cheating strategy must be defined that represents the most effective combination of available or new materials with the physical and geographical situation in and around the Channel.
