DETERMINATION OF THE IMPACT OF PARKING ON VEHICLE COSTS AT CROSSROADS IN NOVI SAD
Abstract
The analysis of the impact of parking on the flows in the far right lane of selected boulevards in Novi Sad, which have more than one lane for the movement of vehicles, determined the values of lost time for vehicles in the far right lane and made a cost model for roads And on which there is no parking. The obtained results were compared with those predicted by HCM and a comparative presentation of the same was given.
