The task of this research is analysis and improvement of technological processes of postal traffic. The purpose of this paper is to present the significance of shipments flow within a postal system, as well as its safety during the shipping. The aim is to indicate the potential ideas and solutions related to effective and reliable treansfer of shipments. Having described the postal services and shipments which are the basis for executing all the technological processes within a post office, the in-depth analysis of these tecnological processes is carried out. All stages of production cycle are closely elaborated, starting with receipt of order all the way to shipments delivery, with suggestions for improvement and better functonality.
