Abstract
This paper main focus is real estate appraisal in Serbia and in the world. The methods of real estate appraisal are explained thoroughly as well as market value and habits of market. The main issue of choosing and using method of real estate appraisal is shown theoretically and in examples. Last part contains methods not familiar in Serbia ,and more used abroad.
