Abstract

Thе theses presents the development of standardization, as well as standards in the field of occupational health and safety. The requirements of the standard of the International Organization for Standardization - ISO 45001 are explained. The standard defines the requirements for occupational health and safety management systems. Then, an analysis of the fulfilment of these requirements was performed in the company COFICAB SERBIA DOO. GAP analysis was used, non-compliances with the standard were presented and actions for their elimination were proposed.
