Abstract

Organizational climate has been the subject of research in a large number of papers in the scientific and professional literature since the 1960s due to its importance in the analysis and understanding of organizational behavior and attitudes of employees in organizations.The paper investigates the influence of the organizational climate on employee satisfaction with work in a production organization and based on the results, a proposal of measures that should contribute to better business is given.
