IMPLEMENTATION OF LEAN TOOLS IN THE PRODUCTION SYSTEM

Abstract

The main goal of this paper is the implementation of Lean, in order to improve the efficiency of the production system. In addition to the theoretical basis, an analysis of the situation was performed, problems were presented and certain improvements were given. Then, the production process is illustrated in the form of mapping the flow of value creation. An example of 5S tool implementation is also presented. At the end, a discussion was held and a conclusion was made.
