Abstract

The research explores the processes of communication management and communication plan­ning on construction projects, both from a theoretical point of view and in practice. By reviewing the literature in the field of communications management and project analysis from practice, guidelines were reached that could positively affect the effectiveness of communication and the construction projects themselves. The goal of the research is to look for concrete ways to improve the performance of team members, improve managerial skills and abilities on construction projects, through simple ways of improvement.
