Abstract

Work is based on analyses and connec­tion between lidership and motivacion presence in corporation „Buducnost“ AD Bačka Palanka. Research was done on employees of corporation „Buducnost“AD Backa Palanka. Analyses of lidership and motivation in corporation „Buducnost“ AD Backa Palanka, has been done using the guestionaries and statistical data.
