RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TEAM ROLES AND LEADERSHIP STYLES IN PRODUCTION ORGANISATION
Abstract
The paper deals with the analysis and determination of the nature of the connection between team roles and leadership styles. Employees of one production organization, managerial and non-managerial positions are included. With the help of two questionnaires and a statistical program, the propensity of team roles for a certain leadership style was analyzed.
