Problem analysis and definition of proposals for measures to improve the process of ash disposal organized by "EPS – Termoelektrane Srbije, ogranak TENT"

Abstract

On the example of the organization "EPS - Termoelektrane Srbije, ogranak TENT", the current state of the ash disposal process is shown, the problem analysis is performed using appropriate methods and techniques and proposals for measures to improve this process are defined. Also, the expected financial effects of the proposed measures to improve the process and the time picture of their implementation are presented.
