ANALYSIS OF THE PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE FOR FLUE GAS DESULPHURIZATION PLANT
Abstract
Тhe subject of the paper is procurement procedure analysis for the project titled „Gas desulphurization construction building process – thermal power plant Nikola Tesla, block B. The paper defines the impact and significance of thermal power plant pollution on the environment in Serbia and in the Western Balkans. The effect of the action on the human body due to the inhalation of dangerous particles caused by the combustion of coal is explained. The whole procedure, analysis of the plan, costs and realization of this procurement are presented.
