The theoretical explanation of what deflections are should be given, and the instruments and methods with which they can be measured should be shown. After a detailed explanation and presentation of the theoretical bases, they should be applied on a practical example, which in this case is the state road IA-3 order of sections: interchange Sremska Mitrovica - interchange Ruma from km 43 + 563 to km 57 + 313, L= 13,750 km.
