EXCHANGE OF PATIENT HEALTH RECORDS USING BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY

This paper presents potentials of blockchain technology adoption in patient’s health record exchange. Theoretical explanations are given and challenges that are met in this domain are listed. Terminology universial for all application areas such as blockchain, Hyperledger Fabric and smart contract are described. The most significant proposed solutions in the field of patient health records exchange are shown. In the end, the paper represents newly invented software and provides final considerations.
