Abstract

The paper consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, rain screen facade types and the facade systems of the company "Sobotec" are analyzed. The practical part consists of assessment of the condition of the facility "22 Decembar" in Ćuprija. An energy efficiency calculation is done for the existing condition of the building. After the proposed energy rehabilitation measures, the calculation of the energy efficiency of the building were done again. Finally, the results of these two calculations were compared.
