Abstract

The subject matter of this work is the role of team work in public services. The first part of this work deals with theoretical basis, team's general characteris­tics as well as the sigificance and the role of team work in large business systems.In the second part of this work the results of the questionnaire research are shown present­ing the respondants' attitude towards team work in the observed organization. Their attitudes are presented through graphs and tables.
