The paper presents improvements, through implementation of ERP which would achieve system optimization in the international company "Comfort Dreams DOO". Based on the identification of several key problems that the organization faces on a daily basis, a proposal for improvement measures is given, which could contribute to optimization at all organizational levels, with special emphasis on the supply chain in the company.
