ANALYSIS AND PROPOSAL OF MEASURES FOR IMPROVING STORAGE OPERATIONS IN “GREEN BUSINESS SOLUTION DOO”

Abstract

A recording of the state and manner of operation of „Green buisness solution DOO“ Novi Sad, which deals with the production of plant-based environmental products for personal and home hygiene, has been taken. That is, the storage method, the storage characteristics, including the noted defects are displayed. SWOT analysis was conducted to see what the strengths, weaknesses, odds and threats of this company were. This was then analyzed using a matrix diagram, where the matrix showed which causes most commonly lead to storage problems.
