Abstract

This thesis is focused on research and comparison of work satisfaction, commitment and loyality, among employees in Kimby company in Novi Sad, Belgrade, Kraljevo and Nis. Throughout this research is determined are employees in Novi Sad more or less satisfied, commited and loyal, than employees in Belgrade, Kraljevo and Nis.
