Abstract

The paper dedicated to the anaiysis of talents in organization, it’s finding, development, retention and management of talents. Talents were explored through the process of the human resorce sector. The research was conducted in a manufacturing company covering four sectors. Based on the obtained results it is confirmed that talents are a key factor in creating a competitive advantage of an organization.
