MEASURING THE QUALITY OF SERVICES IN POSTAL TRAFFIC
Abstract
The subjesct of this reserch is measuring the quality of service in postal traffic. Quality can be viewed from the point of view of the manufacturer (associated with the design and manufacture of the preduct) and from the point od the view of the comsumer (associated with price and utility).
