This article shows a residential building project based on the principles of bioclimatic architecture. The space is adequately adjusted to the established norms in the design of residential buildings, with a tendency to grow awareness of eco-construction, through whose characteristics the facades and systems are reflected. The methodology that defines the living space is defined through the analysis of location, access, terrain, greenery, orientation. The eco-building improvement model is defined through examples of alternative, natural resources. The result is a building with three floors and one floor. his guideline for submitting a manuscript for the Proceedings of the Faculty of Technical Sciences is given for publication of scientific and technical papers.
