Abstract

The 4G LTE system brought major changes in ICT technology. Previous network generations are nowhere near 4G LTE systems in terms of meeting the needs of end users. Therefore 4G LTE has set high standards in terms of further development of these areas, as well as the growing demands of end users. Different localization techniques within 4G LTE system play important role. Due to this, it is clearly stated that the 4G LTE standard is one of the key items in terms of new industrial revolutions, which will be made of the emerging network standards in the form of a 5G system that has not yet entered full commercial use globally.
