Abstract

This document presents an example of biogas power plant protection. The basic principles of biogas power plant production are stated. The microprocessor protection used in a biogas power plant is explained. The protections of transformers and generators in biogas power plants are generally described. An example of a biogas power plant is given and the specifics and characteristics of transformer and generator protection are presented.
