IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE "AUTOCENTAR MARGETIĆ" COMPANY BY APPLYING THE ISO 9004: 2018 STANDARD

Abstract

The paper describes and presents the importance of quality and its role in the business success of a company. The business activities of the company "Autocentar Margetić" are described and the documentation used within the ISO 9001: 2015 standard (by which the company is certified) is listed. A tool for self-assessment, derived from the ISO 9004 standard, was presented, which defined evaluation of the organization’s perfomances. Based on the obtained results, improvement measures are proposed in order to raise the level of capability maturity and improve the quality management system.
