MOTIVATIONS OF EMPLOYEES IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ON TERRITORY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BECEJ
Abstract
The subject of research in this paper are the factors of motivation of educational institutions in the territory of the Municipality of Becej. The incentive factors of employees and those that demotivate them are clearly shown. The subject of research is also measures to improve motivation.
