The paper analyzes the risk assessment of flood waves and adaptation solutions for the treatment of municipal wastewater in the City of Novi Sad. A detailed analysis of the basis for the design of the wastewater treatment plant, possible options for the location of the plant and options for the wastewater treatment process was performed.
