Innovations are one of the basic power in the set of driving forces in the development of the business process, and are the basis for the growth of new value, often the total added value and therefore the basis for the duration of the company in the market. The paper presents the role and importance of innovative activities in business process management, as well as the role of human resources and technologies in creating enterprise innovations in the market.
