STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF RC BUILDING ACCORDING TO EUROPEAN STANDARDS AND EFFECTS OF SHEAR WALL LOCATION ON THE RESPONSE OF MULTI STOREY BUILDING

Abstract

This paper analyzes structural design of rc building according to Eurocode and gives influence of different locations of shear walls on the response of the strucutre. First, static calculation was done, then various checks were carried out and at the end final dimensions of the elements and required reinforcement are adopted.
