Abstract
User experience design is about designing products, processes, services, events and environments with a focus on quality and enjoying the ultimate product experience. It deals with the way things work, how they are controlled, as well as the nature of the interaction between people and technology. This thesis explains the importance of UX research and testing, as well as the application of methods of qualitative, quantitative and A/B testing of user experience on a specific application for creating and placing ads on digital media.
