In this paper the research of the implemented land consolidation project is presented. The research part of the paper includes the results of the research, where the results of the land consolidation are accurately analyzed on the basis of specific data taken from the land consolidation project. The analysis also includes parameters related to the number of plots before and after consolidation, as well as the ratio of areas under roads and canals that may indicate the effects achieved in the consolidation process. In the experimental part, based on the collected data, the analysis of the effects of land consolidation for the investigated cadastral municipality in comparison with other cadastral municipalities was performed.
