Abstract

The subject of this paper is the analysis and improvement of the logistics warehousing process. The paper presents the concepts of logistics and warehousing. For the purposes of the work, the Brainstorming method and the Ishikawa diagram were implemented. The result obtained by these methods indicates that the biggest problem of the company is the storage process.
