The aim of this paper is to compare alternative solutions for disposable, signle use plastic products. The global problem with waste management of this type and how this plastic itself negatively affects the environment and health are presented. Every year, several hundred tons of plastic are produced in the world, and also, several hundred tons of waste of this type are generated. Almost half of that is disposable plastic. The comparison of alternative solutions in the paper was performed using Multi Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA).
