Abstract

BIM methodology is an innovative solution in the approach to project design. It is designed so that everything takes place in one central model, which anyone can access at any time and feel in reality what a future solution will look like. But in order for the BIM methodology to be fully applied in the project development process, it is necessary to coordinate well and organize the processes within it. The Lean philosophy and its useful tools are in charge of this part, which have been applied and proven to be improved in this paper.
