Abstract

The Master Theses presents the theoretical foundations od the LEAN metodology and some od the basic LEAN tools together with their application of production. A special emphasis is placed on the application of certain LEAN tools, visual control, Poka Yoke, Heijunka, in concrete examples of production systems.
